在北京风景秀丽、景色宜人的龙潭湖畔,座落着在国内外享有较高声誉的中国医学科学院肿瘤研究所、肿瘤医院。作为亚洲地区最大的肿瘤防治研究中心,该院集肿瘤的科研、医疗、教学为一体,主要开展对肿瘤的预防、诊断、治疗的研究,并将研究所、医院、高发现场有机地结合起来,走出了一条独具特色的肿瘤防治研究的道路。
