本文以汽车塑料座椅为例,模拟分析了汽车座椅塑料件制造及使用过程中的应力分布,研究了注塑成型工艺对塑料件力学性能的影响,对以后汽车塑料件的制造具有重要的参考价值。
In this paper, the automobile plastic seat is taken as an example to simulate and analyze the stress distribution during the manufacture and the use of the plastic seat. The influence of the injection molding process on the mechanical properties of the plastic parts is studied. It is an important reference for the manufacture of automotive plastic parts value.
