[目的]了解大连市糖尿病住院病人分布特点,为制定预防控制策略提供科学依据。[方法]对2006年大连市区(市、县)医疗机构住院糖尿病患者资料进行分析。[结果]合计报告住院糖尿病病例9 808例,其中,1型糖尿病占3.10%,2型糖尿病占96.90%;城区占79.10%,农村占20.90%;男性占45.48%,女性占54.52%;平均年龄63.18岁,5~14岁、15~24岁、25~34岁、35~44岁、45~54岁、55~64岁、65~74岁、75~84岁、85~岁分别占0.26%、0.85%、1.64%、7.25%、16.90%、22.31%、31.75%、17.52%、1.52%;不伴并发症的、未特指并发症的、糖尿病酮症和/或酸中毒、伴昏迷、伴眼部表现、伴周围神经表现、糖尿病足、伴多个并发症、其他糖尿病分别占17.24%、4.88%、10.00%、0.93%、3.80%、16.43%、1.39%、36.17%、9.16%;治愈、好转、未愈、死亡者分别占40.30%、57.42%、1.20%、1.07%;公费、企业医保、事业医保、商业保险、自费、其他付费的分别占1.68%、51.01%、17.75%、0.76%、21.23%、7.57%。[结论]住院糖尿病病人以45岁以上人群为主;绝大多数伴有一个和多个并发症。
[Objective] To understand the distribution characteristics of inpatients with diabetes in Dalian and to provide a scientific basis for making prevention and control strategies. [Methods] The data of inpatients with diabetes in medical institutions in Dalian (city, county) in 2006 were analyzed. [Results] A total of 9 808 cases of in-hospital diabetes were reported. Among them, type 1 diabetes accounted for 3.10%, type 2 diabetes accounted for 96.90%; urban areas accounted for 79.10%, rural areas accounted for 20.90%; males accounted for 45.48%, females accounted for 54.52%; average age 63.18 years old, 5-14 years old, 15-24 years old, 25-34 years old, 35-44 years old, 45-54 years old, 55-64 years old, 65-74 years old, 75-84 years old, 85- years old, accounting for 0.26% , 0.85%, 1.64%, 7.25%, 16.90%, 22.31%, 31.75%, 17.52%, 1.52%; diabetic ketosis and / or acidosis without co-morbidities, There were 17.24%, 4.88%, 10.00%, 0.93%, 3.80%, 16.43%, 1.39%, 36.17% and 9.16% of the patients with eye manifestations, peripheral nerve manifestations, diabetic foot and multiple complications. Accounting for 40.30%, 57.42%, 1.20% and 1.07% respectively of those who were cured, improved, unhealed, and died; 1.68%, 51.01% and 17.75% of public expenses, enterprise medical insurance, business health insurance, commercial insurance, 0.76%, 21.23%, 7.57%. [Conclusion] Inpatients with diabetes are predominately over 45 years of age; the overwhelming majority are accompanied by one or more complications.
