我国机电工业产品出口贸易服务体系重构 ,是建立在机电工业提高产品科技含量和国际市场竞争力 ,获取行业国际竞争优势 ,凭借加入WTO的有利出品贸易条件和规则 ,争创发展新优势的基础上 ,根据出口贸易形势的发展要求和出品贸易企业的管理运营要求 ,在基础条件和理性思考能相聚吻合的状况下 ,整合信息流服务平台 ,形成系统信息源聚合机制 ,创建我国机电工业产品出口贸易信息服务系统、政策支撑系统、制度规范系统和金融服务与工具创新支撑系统的结构体系 ,并提出相关政策思路
