I. Introduction TC4 (Ti6Al4V) alloy is one of the important materials used in modern aviation. The alloy is α + β two-phase structure, αβ phase transformation occurs during heating and cooling. Some researchers used the methods of swelling, X-ray diffraction, metallography and hardness to study the effect of heat treatment on the transformation of the alloy. The isothermal transformation and continuous cooling transformation curves were also measured.
