香连软胶囊抗菌谱较广 ,抗菌效力亦较强 ,对各菌的MIC介于 3 12mg/ml～ 5 0 0 0mg/ml之间 ;对小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性升高有明显抑制作用 ,同时能显著减轻大鼠蛋清性足肿胀 ,抑制白细胞游走 ;能显著减少醋酸所致小鼠扭体反应次数。说明改剂型后的香连软胶囊具有抑菌、抗炎、镇痛等药理作用
