目的:探讨在急诊护士急救技能训练中应用团队式急救模式的临床价值。方法:随机选取深圳市急救中心的76例急诊护士为研究对象,采用团队式急救模式对其进行急救技能训练,对比该模式实施前后6种典型急症的抢救时间、理论知识和实践操作考试的合格率。结果:急诊护士在急救技能训练中应用团队式急救模式后:脑出血、过敏性休克、呼吸衰竭、急性心肌梗死、中毒和多发伤等案例的急救时间均明显短于实施前(P<0.05);理论知识及实践操作考核的合格率分别为98.68%和97.37%,均明显高于实施前的84.21%和82.89%,P均<0.05。结论:在急诊护士的急救技能训练中应用团队式急救模式可显著提高考试的合格率和典型病例的抢救时间,有较好的临床应用价值,建议在急诊护士急救技能训练中推广应用。
Objective: To explore the clinical value of applying team-based emergency mode in first aid training for emergency nurses. Methods: A total of 76 emergency nurses in Shenzhen emergency center were randomly selected as the research object. The first aid training was conducted in team emergency training. Conclusion: The application of the team-based emergency mode in first aid training of emergency nurses can significantly improve the passing rate of the examination and the rescue time of the typical cases. It is of great value in clinical application and is recommended to be used in the emergency training of emergency nurses.
