中国共产党是社会主义建设事业的领导核心。加强党的建设,是关系到社会主义的前途和命运、关系到党的生死存亡的重大问题。党的十四届四中全会提出,要用三年左右的时间,在全体党员中有计划、有步骤地开展学理论、学党章活动。从1995年起,长达三年的“双学”活动在全国蓬勃展开。
The Communist Party of China is the Leading Core of the Cause of Socialist Construction. To strengthen party building is a major issue that concerns the future and destiny of socialism and affects the party’s life and death. The Fourth Plenary Session of the 14th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China proposed that it take about three years or so to carry out the activities of studying theory and studying the party rules among all the party members in a planned and step-by-step manner. Since 1995, the “double study” activity of up to three years has been booming across the country.
