巯甲丙脯酸(Captopril,简称CPT),又名Capoten,SQ14225,化学名为D-3-巯基-2甲基丙酰-L-脯氨酸(D-3-mercapto-2-mthyl-propanoyl-L-proline),是近年来合成的口服血管紧张素转换酶(Anyiotensin Converting enzgme ACE)抑制剂。1977年Govras等用其治疗高肾素性高血压。
Captopril (CPT), also known as Capoten, SQ14225, has a chemical name of D-3-mercapto-2-methylpropionyl-L-proline (D-3-mercapto-2-mthyl-propanoyl). -L-proline) is an oral Anyotensin Converting Enzgme ACE inhibitor that has been synthesized in recent years. In 1977 Govras et al used it to treat hypertensive hypertension.
