用有限元法对涡轮钻具上使用的新型叉口式万向节结构及其上接头进行了分析:确定其应力分布形式,找出应力最大点的位置,同时,在NJ-100B型扭转试验机上,对1∶2的钢件模型进行电测实验,测出了表面一些点的应力;用三维光弹冻结切片实验,测出万向节的应力分布,证明有限元计算结果的正确性。最后,根据分析结果提出改进现有叉口式万向节结构的措施,并在实际设计中得到应用。
The finite element method is used to analyze the structure and the joint of the new fork-type universal joint used in the turbine drill: to determine the stress distribution form and to find out the position of the maximum stress point. At the same time, in NJ-100B torsion test On the machine, the electrical test of 1: 2 steel model was carried out to measure the stress of some points on the surface. The stress distribution of universal joint was measured by 3D photoelastic freezing slice experiment, and the correctness of the finite element calculation was proved. Finally, based on the analysis results, the measures to improve the structure of the existing fork joint are put forward and applied in practical design.
