本文通过QT40—10、QT60—2、QT82—1三种试样经冷滚压与冷滚压后高频感应热处理的显微组织及某些性能的研究,认为:除了铸造质量、使用维护等因素外,冷滚压引起的显微组织,尤其是石墨形貌的变化也是影响冷滚压球铁工件疲劳性能的重要因素。实验结果的分析表明:某些球铁工件,例如曲轴,其疲劳性能虽经轴颈圆角冷滚压强化处理,但有的提高不显著,有的反而下降,则很可能是由于冷滚压工艺不当,引起显微组织恶化所致。研究中还发现:高频感应热处理可以改善冷滚压工艺所造成的不良金相组织,而冷滚压则可作为高频感应热处理的予备处理工艺。
