灰铸铁在孕育之后,容易在铸件上出现皮下气孔,这种缺陷时隐时现,忽多忽少,难以控制和消除,给生产造成很火危害,对其形成的机理讨论得也很少。《机械工人》(热加工)1980年第9期《孕育铸铁件皮下气孔缺陷》一文提出了这一问题,并在较多试验数据和经验的基础上,讨论了皮下气孔的形成机理和防止措施。为了促进对此缺陷的研讨,想就其形成机理和防止办法,提出一些不同的看法,以供参考。
