党的十一届三中全会以来,我国中等职业技术教育得到了迅猛的发展,为各行各业输送了大批的中初级技术人才。从目前我国经济发展来看,中等职业技术教育仍需要大力发展。那么如何继续大力发展呢?这就需要我们从中国国情出发,从不同地区的实际情况出发进行探索。一、普通教育分流的特点。普通教育与职业技术教育的分流,是经济、社会发展与教育发展的客观要求。能否科学地、合理地进行教育分流将直接关系到劳动就业、经济的发展和社会的安定。教育分流的时间和比例受多种因素制约。在我国农村,制约教育分流的因素,主要是教育的普及程度和经济发展水平。
