某油田进口的柴油发电机组,运行一段时间以后,发现柴油机凸轮轴一端轴承安装处折断,由于没有备件,委托我厂用摩擦焊方法修复。该凸轮轴材质相当于35CrMo钢,整体经调质热处理、凸轮表面经过硬化。其长度为440毫米、轴颈为φ36毫米。经分析研究决定将折断的端头废弃,另用35CrMo钢调质后加工成φ36毫米、长120毫米的棒料,与凸轮轴本体进行摩擦焊接。
Diesel generator set imported from an oil field, after running for a period of time, found that one end of the diesel engine camshaft bearing installed at the break, because there is no spare parts, commissioned by our factory friction welding repair method. The camshaft material is equivalent to 35CrMo steel, the whole heat treatment by quenching and tempering, the cam surface after hardening. It has a length of 440 mm and a journal of φ36 mm. After the analysis and study decided to be broken end discarded, the other with 35CrMo steel quenched and tempered into φ36 mm, 120 mm long bar, and the camshaft friction welding.
