正是八月十五,中秋月明。来到川东这座润泽富庶的城市,已有一周。达州,上古属巴地,自东汉和帝永元二年(公元90年)设县治所,隋、唐称通州,清设达县,1999年成立地级达州市。因此地联金房,翼带汉沔,西出渠阆,东下夔巫,地居四达之路,故名。大巴山、华蓥山、铜锣山绵延曲折,如恪尽职守的士兵守卫城郭;以渠江、洲河、巴河三条主干流构成的水路运输网络通江达海,为这座川东北的富庶城市带来滔滔不息
