The rectal and urinary function scores of PFDI-20 and PFIQ-7 in both groups were improved overall and independently after operation. There was a slightly lower PFDI-20 score than the 65-year-old group, with an average increase of 63 ± 31; there was no significant difference in overall improvement in the PFIQ-7 score between the two groups (30.8 ± 42 in the 65-year-old group, 49.8 ± 60 in the 65- . CONCLUSIONS: Women 65 years of age or older undergoing SUI combined POP surgery have a higher risk of recurrence of SUI but still have a significant improvement in symptoms and quality of life.
