本文报告了我院30年间经活检证实的 1332例恶性淋巴瘤,其中男性占70％,女性29％;年龄最大 83岁,最小20个月。HD 305例,NHL 972例,不能分类者 55例。ML在我省 60、70、80年代间的增长速度是 3倍和 1.5焙,发病年龄高峰也早于国内大宗报道的 10年,而且结外ML的比例偏高。
This article reports 1332 cases of malignant lymphoma confirmed by biopsy in our hospital in 30 years, of which 70% are male and 29% are female; the oldest is 83 years old and the youngest is 20 months old. HD 305 cases, NHL 972 cases, 55 cases can not be classified. The growth rate of ML in our province between 1960s, 1970s and 1980s is three times and 1.5%, and the peak age of onset is also 10 years earlier than the mass reported in China, and the proportion of extra-nadal ML is high.
