Unlike Tung Chee Hwa, a born marine family, Donald Tsang has no prominent background. He is the son of a police officer. After graduating from high school, he worked as a salesman and later went to the government office for a clerical job. Because of diligence and loyalty, he was sent to Harvard University to study public administration. Donald Tsang has a graceful and social background. He is a devout Catholic who practices weekly worship. He also likes to wear colorful bow ties. The sharpening of the youth has laid the foundation stone for his life. With his own experience, he explained the essence of the spirit of Hong Kong.
