为了扩大儿童计划免疫规划(下称计免),使儿童得到及时有效的预防接种,从而控制和消灭某些传染病。我科自1990年底开始实行儿童参加计免保偿工作,取得了较好效果,今初步探讨如下。1 资料与方法1.1 我科负责两个街道,有23个段共58830人,其中0～7岁儿童3797人,新生儿自出生后即开始参加计免保偿者有1260人,男650人,女610人。计免工作开展步骤,先与家长签订保偿合同书,入保新生儿要作体格检查,填写体检表,如有先天性心脏病等不宜参加,对低体重新生儿入保要做好随访。办理接种卡,按国家规定主要接种四苗(卡介苗、小儿麻痹糖丸、百白破三联、
