本文报告玄参乙醇提取物能明显增加离体兔心冠脉流量,增加小鼠心肌~(86)铷摄取量,对垂体后叶素所致家兔实验性心肌缺血有保护作用.能增强小白鼠耐缺氧能力,对麻醉猫有一定降压作用.初步降压机理分析,表明玄参不能对抗肾上腺素所致的升压作用,对阻断颈动脉血流所致的升压反射也无明显影响.此外,玄参还能增加离体兔耳灌流量,对氯化钾和肾上腺素所致兔主动脉血管痉挛有一定缓解作用.
This article reports that Scrophulariaceae ethanol extract can significantly increase the coronary flow in vitro rabbit heart, increased myocardial uptake of ~ (86) in mice, pituitrin-induced myocardial ischemia in rabbits with protective effect.
