随着中职教育教学改革的不断深入和素质教育的进一步推行,如何提高中职教师的职业能力成为办好中职学校的关键问题。从分析中职教师职业能力的现状入手,从四个方面提出了提高中职教师职业能力的措施。
With the continuous deepening of the reform in secondary vocational education and teaching and the further implementation of quality education, how to improve the vocational ability of secondary vocational teachers has become a key issue for secondary vocational schools. Starting from the analysis of the current situation of occupational ability of vocational teachers, this paper puts forward the measures to improve the occupational ability of secondary vocational teachers from four aspects.
