病历摘要患者姚××,女,60岁,社员。因昏迷、偏瘫三小时,于1974年10月4日入院。患者于10月4日晨起床上厕所时,突然昏倒,不省人事,右侧上下肢不能活动,言语不清,并有大小便失禁。当时未发现有颅脑外伤情况,即于上午十时送入我院。既往史:患有高血压病已三年,近半月来常觉头晕、四肢发麻。体格检查;体温38℃,脉搏80次/分,呼吸20次/分,血压220/110毫米汞柱。神志昏迷,面红气粗。皮肤无瘀斑或血肿。双侧瞳孔等大,对光反应存在。
