随着网络的飞速发展,进一步构建科学的、人性化的网络环境并不断提升人们在网络信息方面的应用能力,已经成为我们需要面对的一个互动性课题。对这类系统性问题,我们必须从多方面、多角度给以思考,并力求其在和谐的局势中推进。为此,本刊特推出一组这方面的专题研究文章,就网络信息组织的词汇控制问题、数字图书馆与个人数字图书馆的构建问题、基于网络环境的社科研究人员信息素质培养及自主型学习策略问题进行探讨。
With the rapid development of the Internet, further building a scientific and humane network environment and constantly improving people’s ability to apply information in the network has become an interactive issue we need to face. We must think from many aspects and from multiple perspectives on such systemic issues and try to push them forward in a harmonious situation. To this end, we published a series of thematic research articles in this area. In this paper, we study the problem of vocabulary control of network information organization, the construction of digital library and personal digital library, information literacy training and autonomy of social science researchers based on network environment Type learning strategies to explore.
