朔州农校教育与全国教育一样,曾经辉煌发展了40多年,为社会培养出一万多大、中专学生,其中一大部分是优秀基层干部,这几年遇到了严重的挑战,陷入了困境。在这一严峻的形势面前,我校党政领导和广大教职员工出谋划策,齐心协力,已经初步构架起普、职、成三教一全体的“立交桥”。目前,中等职业教育步入了“低谷”,生源少,生源质量差,就业难成为影响中等职业学校教育生存发展的重要问题。谈及原因人们往往怨声不断:有的人怨领导不重视,有的人怨经济不景气,有的人怨“普高热”的冲击……然而我却认为,中等职业学校之所以发展难,从某种意义上说不全是校界冲击,也不全是宏观政策因素,而最主要的原因还是不少学校在师资、教学管理、设施、教学内容,办学模式上不能适应现代企业那种快节奏氛围和岗位技术方法。学生的职业能力、职业意识都有难以克
