高职院校传统的班级管理(行政班)随着学分制和工学结合培养模式的实施已经不能适应高职教育和管理的需要。文章从分析班级管理与企业管理的相似性出发,提出了对班级进行企业化模拟管理的模式,促进学生能更好更快地适应企业的需求。
The traditional class management (administrative class) in higher vocational colleges can no longer meet the needs of higher vocational education and management with the implementation of the credit system and the combination of engineering and learning. Based on the analysis of the similarities between class management and business management, this paper puts forward the model of enterprise simulation management for classes so that students can adapt to the needs of enterprises better and faster.
