在综述国内外铁基合金马氏体回火和时效研究动态的基础上,报道了作者近年来对Fe-C马氏体时效产生的结构变化及其实质的认识。内容包括,利用TEM调幅分解/丛聚进行的漫散射和显微结构分析;普通有序晶体结构和长周期有序结构的特征及两者的关系;马氏体时效相分解的机制以及调幅分解与有序化共存现象。
Based on the review of the research on the martensite tempering and aging of Fe-based alloys at home and abroad, the authors have reported the structural changes and their essences of Fe-C martensitic aging in recent years. The contents include the analysis of diffuse scattering and microstructure by TEM amplitude modulation decomposition / clustering; the characteristics of normal ordered crystal structure and long period ordered structure; the relationship between them; the mechanism of martensite aging decomposition and the amplitude modulation decomposition Coexist with the orderly phenomenon.
