各省、自治区、直辖市、计划单列市财政厅(局)、公安厅(局)、工商行政管理局,广东分署、天津、上海特派办,各直属海关:为了进一步贯彻落实“收支两条线”政策,切实保障新形势下缉私缉毒工作的需要,经国务院同意,现决定取消《关于印发〈关于加强缉私罚没收入缴库和缉私缉毒办案支出管理的若干规定〉的通知》(财预字[1998]413号,以下简称原《规定》)中明确的缉私、缉毒办案经费同缉私罚没收入挂钩等办法。有关具体事宜通知如下:
