本文旨在调查供电企业职工工作压力来源及与年龄、工龄和岗位之间的关系。研究采用问卷调查方式,选择某供电企业380名一线职工为调查对象,进行关于工作压力来源的调查分析。结果显示,压力来源主要为“注意力高度集中”“劳动强度大”“工作单调”等。各来源在不同年龄职工之间未见差异;不同工龄职工间比较中,“注意力高度集中”和“倒班”对压力的影响差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同岗位职工之间比较,“倒班”、“劳动强度大”、“工作单调”等因素对压力影响的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。因此,压力干预中应当根据职工岗位的不同以及工龄选择相应的重点。
The purpose of this paper is to investigate the sources of work stress and the relationship between workforce age, seniority and position in power supply enterprises. The study used a questionnaire survey to select 380 first-line workers of a power supply enterprise as the survey subjects and conduct investigation and analysis on the sources of work pressure. The results show that the main source of pressure for “high concentration of attention ” “labor intensity ” “work monotonous ” and so on. There was no significant difference between the different sources of staff and workers in different age groups. In the comparison of different working age groups, there was significant difference in the influence of “high concentration of attention” and “shift” on stress (P <0.05) The comparison between staff and workers, “shift ”, “labor intensity ”, “work monotonous ” and other factors on the pressure difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Therefore, the pressure intervention should be based on different positions and length of service workers choose the appropriate focus.
