在乳腺癌微环境中,癌相关成纤维细胞(cancer associated fibroblasts,CAFs)是肿瘤间质细胞的主要组分。大量研究证实CAFs可通过分泌多种细胞因子或细胞直接接触等方式调节乳腺癌细胞生长、决定乳腺癌细胞侵袭和转移能力,影响乳腺癌组织血管和淋巴管生成、ECM重塑、炎症反应和肿瘤微环境重编程等过程,影响治疗结果。随着研究的深入,众多研究者提出CAFs活化是其能够在肿瘤演进过程中发挥作用的关键。然而,目前关于乳腺癌微环境中CAFs活化机制尚未明确。该文将围绕CAFs活化特征、活化机制以及CAFs对乳腺癌的影响进行综述。
In the breast microenvironment, cancer associated fibroblasts (CAFs) are the major components of tumor stromal cells. Numerous studies have confirmed that CAFs can regulate the growth of breast cancer cells through the secretion of various cytokines or direct contact with cells and so on, which determine the invasion and metastasis of breast cancer cells, affecting the angiogenesis and lymphangiogenesis, ECM remodeling, inflammatory reaction and tumor Microenvironment reprogramming process, the impact of treatment results. With the deepening of the research, many researchers propose that activation of CAFs is the key to its role in tumor progression. However, the mechanism of CAFs activation in breast cancer microenvironment is not yet clear. The article will focus on the activation characteristics of CAFs, activation mechanism and the impact of CAFs on breast cancer.
