11 950年2月,西藏地方政府派出的谈判代表取道印度、但在帝国主义的挑唆和主战派的把持下,却滞留印度迟迟不肯赴京。已抵达西康的进藏部队与盘踞昌都的反动藏军开始对峙,战争的阴云开始笼罩这片高原。
In February 1950, the negotiators sent by the Tibetan local government took the lead in India. However, under imperialist incitement and with the control of the warring faction, they stalled in India for being too late to go to Beijing. The Tibetan troops that have arrived in Xikang started confrontation with the reactionary Tibetan forces in Qamdo and the dark clouds of war started to cover the plateau.
