在流体不能流到地面的油井中,最近发展了一种能同时进行射孔、流动测试和关劳记录压力恢复数据的方法和工具。在这些试验中,油管传输射孔枪、井下压力计、水力射流泵总成与一种特殊设计的空心套简(blanking Sleeve)一起下入井中。在井进行负压射孔并进行流动清洗直至油流停止流动之后,打开空心套筒的水力旋转开关,利用反向流动射流泵举升液体,在液体流动期间进行流动测试。流动测试完成之后,进行井下关井可获得压力恢复数据。这样,利用工作管柱一次下井便同时完成了射孔、流动测试和压力恢复试井。该系统有如下优点:1.在完井之前可以确定出准确的液流量和含水率。2.不需要多次下入工作管柱,减少了钻机占用时间。3.在射孔和流动测试期间可以不压井作业。4.所有设备和操作都是压为控制的,消除了电缆操作的危险和成本。5.井底关井提供了高质量的信息以评价是否需要进行额外的增产措施。
In wells where fluid can not flow to the ground, a method and tool has recently been developed that can perform both perforation, flow testing, and pressure recovery data logging off. In these tests, the tubing transfer perforating gun, downhole manometer, hydrojet pump assembly were lowered into the well with a specially designed blanking sleeve. After the well was negative pressure perforation and flow cleaning until flow stopped, the hollow sleeve hydraulic rotary switch was opened and the liquid was aspirated by the reverse flow jet pump and the flow test was performed during the flow of the liquid. After the flow test is completed, pressure recovery data can be obtained by shutting down the well. In this way, using the working string once went down well at the same time completed the perforating, flow testing and pressure recovery well test. The system has the following advantages: 1. Accurate fluid flow and moisture content can be determined prior to completion. 2. Do not need to work into the work of multiple columns, reducing the drilling rig time. 3. No need to work well during perforating and flow testing. 4. All equipment and operations are pressure-controlled, eliminating the dangers and costs of cable operation. 5. Bottomhole shut-in provides high-quality information to assess whether additional stimulation is needed.
