本文根据计算机诊断技术中的波动方程和电动机理论推导出泵功率、光杆功率、电动机电功率的数学模型以及电流的数学模型,用计算机绘出电流及电功率曲线图,平均电流及平均功率随皮带—减速箱效率变化的模拟曲线,与实测电流曲线求出的皮带—减速箱效率。根据三相异步电动机的相量图理论,推导出抽油机上电动机电流、功率随曲轴扭矩变化的解析模型,利用抽油井计算机诊断系统算出的扭矩值,即可绘出电流、功率曲线。
In this paper, the mathematical model of pump power, polished rod power, electric motor power and the mathematical model of current are deduced according to the wave equation and motor theory in computer diagnosis technology. The current and electric power curve are plotted by computer, and the average current and average power vary with belt- The simulation curve of the change of tank efficiency, and the belt-reduction gear box efficiency obtained from the measured current curve. According to the phasor diagram theory of three-phase induction motor, an analytical model of motor current and power with crankshaft torque is deduced based on the phase diagram of the three-phase asynchronous motor. The current and power curves can be drawn by using the torque value calculated by pumping system computer diagnosis system.
