在定义住宅建筑全寿命周期生态效率概念、系统边界和过程边界的基础上,以Eco-indicator 99中的资源耗竭、能源耗竭、生态质量破坏和人类健康损害四个终点破坏作为住宅建筑全寿命周期环境影响的表征指标,并以住宅建筑的建筑面积、层高和使用年限之积来表征其全寿命周期价值。进而根据生态效率理论的价值-影响比值法,构建包含资源效率、能源效率、生态质量效率和人类健康效率等评价指标的住宅建筑全寿命周期生态效率评价体系。
Based on the definition of the concept of ecological efficiency, system boundary and process boundary of residential building life cycle, the four endpoints of resource exhaustion, energy depletion, ecological quality destruction and human health damage in Eco-indicator 99 are defined as the life cycle of residential buildings Environmental impact indicators of the indicators, and to residential building construction area, floor height and useful life of the product to characterize the life-cycle value. Based on the value-impact ratio method of eco-efficiency theory, this paper constructs an eco-efficiency evaluation system for residential buildings that includes evaluation indexes of resource efficiency, energy efficiency, ecological quality efficiency and human health efficiency.
