本文合成了如题示的水溶性双卟啉(简称DTPPS_6)。并研究了它和铜(Ⅱ)的显色反应。结果表明,在吐温-60存在下在pH3.0~4.5形成了Cu(Ⅱ):DTPPS_6=2:1的很稳定的配合物。用双峰双波长法测定痕量铜(Ⅱ),具有很高的灵敏度,ε=7.8×1O~5L·mol-1·cm-1。铜(Ⅱ)浓度在0~0.80μg/10ml遵守比耳定律。选择性高,已直接测定了矿物和铝合金,结果较为满意。
In this paper, we synthesized water-soluble bis-porphyrin (abbreviated as DTPPS_6). And its color reaction with copper (Ⅱ) was studied. The results showed that a very stable complex of Cu (II): DTPPS_6 = 2: 1 was formed at pH 3.0-4.5 in the presence of Tween-60. Determination of trace copper (Ⅱ) by bimodal and two-wavelength method has high sensitivity, ε = 7.8 × 10-5L · mol-1 · cm-1. Beer’s law is obeyed at copper (Ⅱ) concentration of 0 ~ 0.80μg / 10ml. High selectivity, direct determination of minerals and aluminum alloys, the results are more satisfactory.
