生化性质乙型肝炎表面抗原(HBsAg)。提纯的HBsAg含有蛋白质、碳水化合物和脂类。蛋白质含量占40~70%,碳水化合物占3.6~6.5%。主要的脂类成份为磷脂酰胆碱、神经髓鞘磷脂和胆固醇。旋光色散和园二色散法检查提纯的HBsAg,其蛋白质70~80%为α链螺旋结构。 HBsAg的氨基酸组成,色氨酸的含量高,占13.9~25%。胆碱、亮氨酸以及其他能促进与脂类反应的疏水性氨基酸也占很大部分。HBsAg有抗原性上不易区分的两种主要多肽,分子量为22000~26000与25000~32000,还有5~7种次要的多肽。血清中分离的HBsAg
Biochemical properties of hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg). Purified HBsAg contains proteins, carbohydrates and lipids. Protein content of 40 to 70%, carbohydrates accounted for 3.6 ~ 6.5%. The main lipid components are phosphatidylcholine, myelin phospholipid and cholesterol. Purification of HBsAg by optical discoloration and circular dichroism was performed, and 70-80% of its protein was α-chain helical structure. The amino acid composition of HBsAg, tryptophan content is high, accounting for 13.9 ~ 25%. Choline, leucine and other hydrophobic amino acids that can promote the reaction with lipids also account for a large part.
