利用人的绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)与大白鼠的促黄体素交叉反应。我们用免疫酶标记组织化学方法显示大白鼠垂体 LH 细胞。先用兔抗人的绒毛膜促性腺激素的抗血清与垂体的 LH 细胞结合成复合体,然后再与辣根过氧化物酶标记的羊抗兔γ球蛋白抗血清结合,用3,3——二氨基联苯胺——H_2O_2为底物,显示 LH 细胞。我们观察了 LH细胞的形态和分布以及去卵巢的大白鼠垂体内 LH 细胞的变化,细胞增大,细胞质内酶标颗粒分布不匀,细胞数目增多。
Human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) cross-reacts with luteinizing hormone in rats. We used immunohistochemical histochemical staining of pituitary LH cells. Rabbit anti-human chorionic gonadotropin antiserum and pituitary LH cells combined into a complex, and then with horseradish peroxidase-labeled goat anti-rabbit γ-globulin antiserum combined with 3,3- - Diaminobenzidine - H_2O_2 as substrate, showing LH cells. We observed the morphology and distribution of LH cells and LH cells in the ovariectomized pituitary gland. The cells were enlarged, and the number of cytoplasmic enzyme-labeled particles was unevenly distributed and the number of cells increased.
