目的 :研究癌基因 bcl- 2和抑癌基因 p16在子宫内膜癌的表达及发生、发展中的作用。方法 :采用免疫组化 ABC法检测 5 8例子宫内膜癌中 bcl- 2、p16基因表达。结果 :子宫内膜癌中 bcl- 2的阳性表达率为 5 6 .9% ;p16阳性表达率为 43.1%。子宫内膜癌组织学分级 :高度分化腺癌 (G1 )、中等分化腺癌 (G2 )中 bcl- 2和 p16的阳性表达率显著高于未分化癌 (G3)的阳性表达率 (P<0 .0 1)。 bcl- 2表达阳性与阴性者的生存率统计、肌层浸润及手术分期无显著差异 ;p16表达阳性者生存率显著高于阴性者 ,p16的表达与肌层的浸润、手术分期相关 ,p16在 、 期中的表达显著高于 、 期中的表达 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :癌基因 bcl- 2和抑癌基因 p16可能在子宫内膜癌的发生、发展、转归方面起着重要作用。
Objective: To study the expression of oncogene bcl-2 and tumor suppressor gene p16 in the pathogenesis and progression of endometrial carcinoma. Methods: The expressions of bcl-2 and p16 in 58 cases of endometrial carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemical ABC method. Results: The positive rate of bcl-2 in endometrial carcinoma was 56.9% and the positive rate of p16 was 43.1%. The positive rates of bcl-2 and p16 in highly differentiated adenocarcinoma (G1) and moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma (G2) were significantly higher than those in undifferentiated carcinoma (P <0) .0 1). The survival rate of bcl-2 positive and negative patients was not significantly different from that of myometrial invasion and operation stage. The survival rate of p16 positive patients was significantly higher than that of negative ones. The expression of p16 was correlated with the invasion of myometrium and the stage of surgery. , The expression was significantly higher than the mid-term expression (P <0.05). Conclusion: The oncogene bcl-2 and tumor suppressor gene p16 may play an important role in the occurrence, development and prognosis of endometrial carcinoma.
