本文对摩擦焊接机床的液压系统和控制系统进行了研究,给出了实现摩擦焊接过程液压系统的原理,分析了传统控制系统的缺点,论述了以工业IPC计算机及通用操作系统为平台的新型焊接控制器的优点,给出了实现以这种平台为基础的新型控制器的体系结构。
In this paper, the hydraulic system and control system of friction welding machine are studied. The principle of hydraulic system for friction welding process is given. The disadvantages of the traditional control system are analyzed. The new type of welding based on industrial IPC computer and general operating system The advantages of the controller are given for the architecture of a new controller based on this platform.
