骨科在治疗髋关节后脱位、骨盆骨折、股骨干不稳定性骨折等过程中,往往需行骨牵引术。在常规牵引时,牵引针的进针方向不易掌握,往往不能垂直穿过骨干的中心轴线。为了方便操作,提高进针的准确率,减轻病人的痛苦,我们自制了牵引针引导器,可使牵引针直接打入选定位置。经临床髁上骨牵引10例,胫骨结节骨牵引25例,跟骨牵引13例使用,效果满意,无后遗症。

In conventional traction, the traction needle is not easy to grasp the direction of the needle, often not perpendicular to the backbone through the central axis. In order to facilitate the operation, improve the accuracy of the needle, reduce the patient’s pain, we made a self-guided needle guide, the needle can be directly driven into the selected position. The clinical supracondylar bone traction in 10 cases, 25 cases of tibial tubercle traction, calcaneus traction in 13 cases, the effect is satisfactory, no sequelae.
