A steel wire sensor principle Steel wire sensor, like other types of sensors, is a sensor that converts non-electrical energy into electricity. The sensitive element of a steel string sensor is a steel wire with string properties. The basic principle of steel wire sensors is based on the change of non-electrical physical quantities (tension, displacement, temperature, pressure, etc.), and has a mathematical relationship with the changes in the frequency of vibration of the steel string itself, and thus can convert these physical quantity changes into electricity.
