高效课堂就是提高课堂效率,教师和学生要向课堂45分钟要效率,这样就要求教师改变以往满堂灌的教学方式,使学生真正成为课堂的主人。随着高效课堂在我校的大力推进和深入实践,小组合作学习是我们提高课堂效率的重要学习方式,因此小组的建设,是小组合作学习能否高效的关键。高效课堂的合作学习是以小组为单位进行的教学活动。首先,我根据班里人数分成六个合作学习小组,每组由8名学生组成。在构成上,要求小组成员按学习成绩和能力水平,从高到低分别选择编排,最后由班主任与各科教师统一协调,使每组可以通过性别差异,而相互补充,互帮互助,共同进步。分好学习小组,并不等于学生就能合作学习了,要使
