故障现象:接地声光报警,无功率输出。 分析与检修:根据用户反映的现象及对使用说明书的详细查阅,弄清GP—1高频电刀采用二点接地方法,即供电的电源插座内必须有良好的接地线,另外机壳还应有一良好的辅助地线,若任一点接地不好,机器进入保护状态,没有功率输出,同时发出声光报警。根据故障现象,怀疑地线可能接触不良,测量机器自身地线良好后,将电源地和机壳辅助地二者连到一起,接到就近的自来水管道上,然后开机,接地报警消失,经查找发现供电线路中的地线开路,焊接牢后,按正常规程操作机器,报警消失,但仍无功率输出。

It was found that the ground wire in the power supply line was open, and after the welding was completed, the machine was operated according to the normal procedure, and the alarm disappeared, but there was still no power output.
