为探讨灭囊灵对猪囊尾蚴的氨基酸代谢是否有影响,应用日立825—50氨基酸自动分析仪测定灭囊灵生理盐水浸剂作用于体外培养猪囊尾蚴的氨基酸组成及含量变化。结果显示,空白对照组囊尾蚴含15种氨基酸,包括6种必需氨基酸。经灭囊灵作用后,除脯氨酸和精氨酸以外,其它13种游离氨基酸的含量随着灭囊灵浓度的增高而呈明显上升趋势,其中以1.2ml 剂量组增高的比例为最大。结论:灭囊灵对猪囊尾蚴的氨基酸代谢有明显影响。
In order to investigate whether Chuanlingling had influence on the amino acid metabolism of cysticercus in pigs, Hitachi 825-50 amino acid automatic analyzer was used to determine the amino acid composition and content of cysticercus in vitro. The results showed that the control group of cysticercosis contains 15 amino acids, including 6 essential amino acids. After the effect of cyhalothrin, except for proline and arginine, the contents of 13 other free amino acids increased significantly with the increasing concentration of cyhalothrin, and the highest proportion was observed in the 1.2 ml dose group. Conclusion: Excylation has a significant effect on the amino acid metabolism of cysticercus in pigs.
