本文对四氯化碳急性中毒的国内外状况作了历史回顾,并对四氯化碳在国内生产状况作了调查;又以重庆市为例调查了四氯化碳的使用情况,发现占接触工业毒物总人数的1.12‰。急性中毒患者多有肝肾损害,主要发生于作溶剂施用。急性四氯化碳中毒最多见的症状、体征为头昏、头痛、无力、恶心、食欲不振、肝大触痛、肝功异常、发热、记忆力减退、咳嗽多痰等。
This article made a historical review of the domestic and international status of acute poisoning of carbon tetrachloride and made an investigation of the status of carbon tetrachloride production in China. Taking Chongqing as an example, we investigated the use of carbon tetrachloride and found that occupational exposure The total number of industrial poisonous 1.12 ‰. More patients with acute liver and kidney damage, mainly occurs as a solvent. Acute carbon tetrachloride poisoning the most common symptoms, signs of dizziness, headache, weakness, nausea, loss of appetite, hepatometrias, abnormal liver function, fever, memory loss, cough and phlegm.
