原理 尿样经蒸馏处理后,蒸出的酚于碱性(pH8—10)溶液及氧化剂铁氰化钾存在下,与4-氨基安替比林生成红色化合物后比色定量。
Principle After the urine sample is distilled, the distilled phenol is quantified by colorimetric reaction with 4-aminoantipyrine in the presence of alkaline (pH8-10) solution and oxidant potassium ferricyanide.
