目的本文是针对三维超声诊断胎儿宫内窘迫的临床价值进行探讨分析研究。方法使用三维超声诊断仪对四十八位单胎孕妇进行二维和三维的检查进行影像重建,观察脐动脉收缩峰期值和舒张末期的流速比,还要检测胎儿的胎心率,羊水,对胎动的幅度指标进行记录。并且根据这些数据进行诊断。结果胎动异常和胎心率是对胎儿是否缺氧的主要判断依据,分析胎儿的缺氧程度。羊水异常和脐带是导致胎儿产生宫内窘迫的主要原因。通过重建后胎儿的脐带血管结构清晰,脐带绕颈和周数就会清晰地表现出来,相对来说比二维的检查更加清晰准确。结论三维超声诊断胎儿宫内窘迫问题具有更高的准确性,能够清晰观察胎儿的直接影像和脐带血管剖面形态,空间结构和判断胎儿是否窘迫。给诊断带了很大帮助,准确性明显高于二维检查。为临床提供了重要帮助,能够大大提高对胎儿的质量,问题的预防,并且还降低了胎儿围产期的死亡率。这些都对临床有着重要帮助,有着重要的意义。
Objective This article is to investigate the clinical value of three-dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal distress. Conclusion The diagnosis of fetal distress by three-dimensional ultrasonography is more accurate. It can clearly observe the direct image of the fetus and the umbilical vascular cross-sectional morphology, spatial structure and determine whether the fetus is distress. To the diagnosis with a lot of help, the accuracy is significantly higher than the two-dimensional examination. Provide important help for the clinic, can greatly improve the quality of the fetus, the prevention of the problem, and also reduce the perinatal mortality rate of the fetus.
