目的探讨新型自动负压式肾活检枪和病理邮寄盒在我区儿童肾活检穿刺术中临床价值。方法应用新型自动负压式肾活检枪对已临床诊断肾小球疾病的22例儿童进行肾穿刺,所取得的肾组织行病理邮寄取得报告,做出纠正诊断和治疗。结果 22例中,临床诊断肾病综合症15例,病检后纠正诊断6例,纠正率40%;继发性肾病临床诊断7例,纠正诊断1例,纠正率14.2%;临床诊断间质性肾炎0例,纠正诊断1例,纠正率100%;其中1针成功率为86.36%,2针者9.09%,3针者4.54%,成功率99.99%;术后患者中无1例发生严重并发症;所取肾组织均满足诊断要求,即取出肾小球≥10个/例;病理图像优良,背景清晰,阳性定位可靠,电镜标本保存完好。结论自动负压式肾活检装置和邮寄病理盒形式,可以提高临床诊断,减少误诊的发生,适合在我区推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of a new type of automatic negative pressure renal biopsy gun and pathological mail box in children’s renal biopsy puncture in our district. Methods Twenty-two children with clinically diagnosed glomerular disease were enrolled in this study. A new type of automatic negative pressure renal biopsy gun was used to perform renal puncture. The renal tissues obtained by the method were mailed by pathology, and were corrected and diagnosed. Results Among the 22 cases, 15 cases were diagnosed as nephrotic syndrome clinically, 6 cases were corrected after disease examination, the correct rate was 40%, 7 cases were diagnosed as secondary nephropathy, 1 case was corrected, and the correction rate was 14.2%. Clinical diagnosis of interstitial 0 cases of nephritis, 1 case of correct diagnosis, the correct rate of 100%; 1 needle success rate was 86.36%, 2-pin 9.09%, 3-pin 4.54%, the success rate of 99.99%; 1 case of postoperative patients without serious complications The renal tissues were taken to meet the diagnostic requirements, that is, remove the glomeruli ≥ 10 / cases; excellent pathological images, the background is clear, positive positioning reliable, electron microscope well preserved. Conclusion Automatic negative pressure renal biopsy device and the mailing pathological box form can improve clinical diagnosis and reduce the incidence of misdiagnosis, suitable for promotion in our district.
