水轮机调节系统是一个非线性、时变、非最小相位的系统,其动力学特性的内部不确定性和外部环境扰动的多变性等增加了控制的难度。目前,国内外的水轮机调节规律还是采用常规PID控制。模糊控制具有较好的动态响应特性,并且无需知道被控对象的数学模型,适应性强,鲁棒性好。在此采用模糊PID复合控制,弥补了单纯采用PID算法的不足,对PID参数的模糊整定进一步完善了PID控制的性能。本文将模糊控制和PID控制相结合,建立一种智能模糊PID控制,并用MATLAB对该控制方法进行了仿真实验,所得到的系统响应曲线调节速度快且调节过程平稳,超调量小,具有较强的抗扰动能力,具有良好的调节品质,比传统方法表现出更强的鲁棒性,是一种行之有效的控制方法。

In this paper, the fuzzy control and PID control are combined to establish a kind of intelligent fuzzy PID control, and the control method is simulated by MATLAB. The obtained system response curve has the advantages of fast adjustment speed, stable adjustment process and small overshoot, Strong anti-disturbance ability, with good regulation quality, showing more robust than traditional methods, is an effective control method.
