4月11-12日,“中国城市交通规划2013年年会暨第27次学术研讨会”在北京新大都饭店成功召开。会议由中国城市规划学会城市交通规划学术委员会主办,中国城市规划设计研究院城市交通专业研究院承办,来自全国各地规划设计、科研、高等院校、管理部门等机构的630余位专家学者出席了会议。会议开幕式由中国城市规划设计研究院院长、学委会副主任李晓江先生主持,国务院参事、学委会主任王静霞女士致开幕辞,住房和城乡建设部城建司副司长、学委会副主任刘贺明先生为大会致辞。在11日的大会上,12位嘉宾和学者围绕“新型城镇化与交通发展”的会议主题,发表了精彩的学术演讲。其中,国际欧亚科学院中国科学中心常务副主席汪光焘先生结合城镇化进程中城市与交通发展的趋势,对城市公共交通优先发展战略的内涵进行了剖析,并提出了城市公共交通优先发展必
From April 11 to 12, “2013 Annual Conference of China’s Urban Transport Planning and 27th Symposium” was successfully held in Xindadu Hotel, Beijing. The symposium was sponsored by the Urban Transport Planning Academic Committee of China Academy of Urban Planning and undertaken by the Urban Transportation Research Institute of China Academy of Urban Planning and Design. More than 630 experts and scholars from planning, design, scientific research, institutions of higher learning and management departments across the country attended the conference meeting. The opening ceremony was presided over by Mr. Li Xiaojiang, dean of China Academy of Urban Planning and Design and vice director of the Academic Committee. Ms. Wang Jingxia, counselor and academic commissioner of the State Council, delivered an opening speech. Deputy director of the Urban Construction Department of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and the Academic Committee Deputy Director Mr. Liu Heming addressed the conference. At the 11th General Assembly, 12 guests and scholars delivered wonderful academic lectures on the theme of “New Urbanization and Transportation Development”. Among them, Mr. Wang Guanglian, executive vice president of China Science Center of the International Academy of Eurasian Science, analyzed the connotation of urban public transport priority development strategy in combination with the trend of urbanization and traffic development in the process of urbanization, and proposed that priority should be given to urban public transport development
