上海地区工程地质条件差、地基土强度低,建筑物沉降大。在高层建筑设计中,地基是一个关键问题,上海的超高层建筑的发展受到工程地质条件的限制。本文经分析认为利用补偿原理为指导思想的箱形基础是解决此问题的途径之一。有开发地下空间,增加使用面积等一系列优点,可使高层建筑的基础更趋于经济合理实用。过去由于施工条件、造价等因素,限制了补偿基础的推广使用,现在随着施工技术的发展,条件逐渐成熟。本文就补偿基础的原理。经济价值及施工、设计作一初步介绍,以引起工程界对补偿基础的重视。
The engineering geological conditions in Shanghai are poor, the strength of foundation soil is low, and the settlement of buildings is large. In the design of high-rise buildings, the foundation is a key issue. The development of super high-rise buildings in Shanghai is limited by the engineering geological conditions. This article analyzes that the use of the principle of compensation as the guiding principle of the box foundation is one of the ways to solve this problem. There are a series of advantages such as the development of underground space and the increase of the use area, which can make the foundation of high-rise buildings more economical, reasonable and practical. In the past, due to construction conditions, cost, and other factors, the promotion and use of the compensation base was limited. With the development of construction technology, conditions have gradually matured. This article explains the basics of compensation. The economic value, construction and design will be introduced in a preliminary way so as to attract the attention of the engineering community to the foundation of compensation.
